DESCRIPTION:

DESIGN: Artist community of four story Live-Work Units around a common courtyard. The exterior designed at the scale of the larger urban scale of Rainier Avenue, projecting a larger mass of the whole artist community, while the interior focuses on the individual artists.

MATERIALS: Concrete; Steel; Composite Panels, Wood Siding
